- CNC Milling — We use CNC-milling machines to shape metals and other solid materials to tight specifications.
- Wire & Sinker EDM’s — Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a manufacturing process in which a desired shape is obtained by using electrical discharges. Material is removed by rapidly recurring discharges between two electrodes subject to an electric voltage. Wire EDM uses a wire as the electrode.
- Swiss Screw Machining — Swiss machining allows us to produce extremely intricate parts with computer numerical control. This process provides high-precision machining, which is critical in medical device manufacturing.
